Optical SoundCard and minidisc

Is there a way to get sync record to work on a computer with an optical soundcard ie. If I created a playlist of mp3s, tracks marks would be added between tracks. I know you can have a four second gap

If youre talking about placing a track mark after each track in the playlist then u can use winamp with a minidisc gap generator plugin - works for me.

yeah i know about that, is there a plugin that works like a hifi with an optical out ie. no gaps in sound are needed?
