Either:
One part freshly squeezed lime juice
One part tequila (Olmeca or Cuervo)
One part triple sec (Bols)

Or, if you like it strong, like I do:
One part freshly squeezed lime juice
Two parts tequila (Olmeca or Cuervo)
One part triple sec (Bols)

Throw it all into a cocktail shaker* with lots of ice (not crushed) and shake with vigour. Pour into martini glasses (with the rims salted) and enjoy.

*If you do not own a cocktail shaker, shame on you. Buy one.

I recently brought back a bottle of Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka from the Carribean and it is lovely mixed with white lemonade over crushed ice and a bit of lime, mmmmmmmmm

crushing the ice is a pain in the neck though, sometimes I can't be bothered and just use cubes

one i invented. the barman says what is it? you start listing off loads of drinks. list them slowly, dont say the next till the last one is in! they normally are laughing when they hear dogs bollox so they keep going, but youre laughing when you get 6-7 shots and a suggestion of oj at the end


of course this only is worth doing when there is a set cocktail charge!
