I have a samsung SCL700 (bought in the states), there is a small bar broken off that keeps the tape in line with the recorder head and the sound does not seem to be working. I don't know how it was broken exactly as someone borrowed it and it came back that way. I need to find somewhere in ireland that I can get it repared…

I need to find somewhere in ireland that I can get it repared as it is an american product and i can't find it listed on any samsung site. (It records NTSC plays back NTSC/PAL)
