Hello all-

We are offering a room for two people (two single beds, but would also work for a couple). It's a spacious second story room on Wexford street in a four-story house. There are five other people living in the flat (it's quite large), a mixture of French, New Zealanders and Irish. Some professional, some students, all in early / mid twenties. Generally the house is very informal and laid back, a minimum amount of rules and things are decided on via consensus.

Stuff in the house includes: Big kitchen with usual gear you might expect, including dishwasher / Living room with fold out bed for guests & cable TV / Washer and dryer for clothes / bathroom with shower etc.

The room is available almost immediately, and the rent is three hundred and eighty six euroes per person, per month. Electricity is extra, payable every two months, and usual works out about twenty euros or so a head.
