Wow, what a year this is going to be,not just for horror movies or Zombie Movies, but more specifically Irish Zombie movies. Most people have heard about the new film that is being made this summer called "Dead Meat", a zombie flick in the area of "Brain Dead". Some of you may have heard that "Classic" (Classic as in made in the mid 90's,which now seems oh so far away) irish zombie flick,set in portadown, "Zombie Genocide" is being released on DVD this year aswell.But now i have heard of a third movie called "Zombie Creepozoids" that is gonna be released sometime this year.Apparently it was filmed early last year and has had some test screenings in colleges around dublin.Again its a piss-take of the zombie genre,and is set in a pizza joint.Probably one you are only likely to see in the IFC,but what the hey,at least you can see it somewhere.What great times we live in!
