Ok heres the dealy, got this game, love this game, played this game to the near ruination of my relationship and till I nearly forgot what my son looks like. I've played it and hated it so can't help ya out. Looks like a bug though.

have read that if you use any magic in the end boss fight you will not get the ending, it's a bug so if you can beat him with out using magic then you will get the ending
