Chorus added E4 in Cork

    Chorus has added E4 to their channel lineup in Cork for some reason.

    I presume 'new' channels are being added in analogue package?

    Any chance you might have time to give us a list of all the channels provided in the basic (analogue) cheapest package in Cork through that box on your tv monitor?
    In Cork all one has needed for nearly twenty years is a simple monitor....
    I recall that you had 26 tv channels (how much does it cost now?) just a little less than the number in the package provided today in basic (analogue) in Bruxelles for 125 euro a year.

    We pay 204 euro*** here in Dublin for fourteen channels including five channels exclusively for children and young adults.



    *** includes mandatory 60 euro surtax imposed on ALL 370,000 customers by Comreg since 2001 to subsidise the digital package availed of by 2% of ntl's customers.

    A thread on this a while back... its being added to pretty much all Chorus analogue cable regions.
