    OK, it's D-day again folks - what do you think dim wim and his boys are going to do to our borrowing rates today? The BoE is expected to cut but I've heard that the market is very unsure on the ECB so it could be an interesting one.

    I think they will cut them. Probably by a quarter of a basis point. The euro's value may be soaring, but the continents economies as a whole are still in the doldrums...
