    Hi guys......

    this fuccking country is fuccking awesome.....spent last
    night in a pub that served til 4am, with beer cheap as shiit.....
    not looking good for Quake atm......lucky i got to this machine even,
    Do ure best with the 5 nations lads, remember, try for at least 3 if not 4
    training sessions a week, coz the teamplay is the only place we fall down.
    gotta go smoke.....cya later,
