I was look at a Pinnacle PCTV Satellite, Digital TV and radio receiver on komplett and I was wondering is it a good deal. Does the card get that sort of quality. The product webpage on Pinnacle Systems says it gets DVD quality on a P4 or Athlon XP system. I heard bad things about PCTV cards. Has anyone got one of these…

Not sure about quality but I think you can use Decoder software (free on Net) with that card to get cable TV/Sky for free!! Does anyone know any more about this?
