I believe someone said they'd seen it in Game on Henry Str. I was in Game on Grafton Str earlier in the week, but no sign of it. Gotta make use of this broadband now!

Yep, it's in Game on Henry St. Avoid the loitering person at the entrance, on your left, knee height.

(the game, not the person)

For anyone else looking to get it you will also find it in game -- Liffey Valley.. Well thats were I got it.
