Loosing some off the face?

    Right recently ive joined the gym 2 weeks now!
    Ive found that my general fitness is increasing and that my body has tightened up noticably,however im hoping that my face will do the same ive got what youd call a bit of a double chin and i hate it,basicaly i was wondering will the daily workout help to reduce this or better still is thei any facial exercises that i could be doing?

    Nope, just keep doin' what you're doin', and it'll come off fine. You can't reduce BF in any one place (except maybe by liposuction? :) )

    You're totally right Trojan about not being able to spot reduce fat, but there is an excerise to help reduce a double chin. This is acheived by increasing the strength of the muscle in the lower jaw above the double chin. This is done by doing the folloing excercise. First you need to slightly tilt your head backwards raising your chin into the air, and while in this position you need to lift the tip of your tongue upwards and then backwards holding the final position for a couple of seconds then release and repeat. As I've already said, this doesn't reduce fat but it does increase strength and tautness of the muscle.
