Even as a Liverpool fan I have to laugh at the audasity of Arsenal and, in particular their captain and manager, when they agree to crap like this being published (from the BBC). I mean ffs when are they ever going to learn??

Firstly I am an Arsenal fan.

I dont agree with PV publically viewing his opinions - especially when they are somewhat controversial. For me his statement was more geared towards the club than the public.

I think he feels that if Arsenal see themselves as the biggest and best club in England then they have more chance of keeping players and signing others.

More of a publicity stunt - me thinks

They done that at the start of last season too and they got what they deserved. Lets hope it happens again.

Mother of sweet divine, what is he on. Is it just because he is French that is he is born arrogant or somthing because he & his boss are poor representations of the French, I know plenty and they're not as arrogant and self opinionated as these gimps.

We're still gonna win the FA Cup, so the season is not a complete disaster. If Man U won both trophies then you'd have to seriously question his mental health, but as it stands....... he's french so we'll allow it!

Rolo please don't say things like that. The FA Cup final is a one off game and tbh Southampton are well capable of beating anyone on their day. So as a Arsenal fan I'll say what I said earlier in the season when everyone was bleating on that we had won the league, nothings won until we see the trophy in the teams hands.

As regards the Vieira story what do you expect the proper footy stories are drying up, expect a lot more of this tabloid crap throughout the summer :rolleyes:

As for calling Arsenal arrogant etc etc, whatever, I remember in the eighties putting up with Liverpool fans, in the 90's it was United. To a degree its United & Arsenal in the New Millenium.
