Irish Broadband Latency ?

    Irish Broadband have apparently put a transmitter behind the Jobstown Inn which I should have line of sight to.
    What I need to know is if anyone is using it for online gaming and if so, whats it like ?
    I notice in the ping/download thread that IBB pings jump around a fair bit hence my question.

    from what ive read it seems bad when its bad but amazing when its good

    i was on a cs server last night playing the worst cs of my life - but none the less he had a stable sub 30 ping - jumped to 200 a few times but not for long, im getting wireless myself in a few weeks.. cant wait as dsl aint avail
