Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No, you don't have to be gay to be a gay icon. Look at the likes of Madonna, Kylie, David Beckham and Miss Piggy
But to be any form of icon, you have to be admired by the general population. Admiration he so badly yearns for but denies himself any time he moves his lips. (Such as his idiotic comment to Dawn French at a fashion show: 'I'm sure some people would pay £10,000 so that [you] wouldn't get out of bed for work.' - and then when she appeared to get an apology out of him he just digs a trench by continuous referral to big and large - OK, so the woman has a great sense of humour but the fact is he doesn't, so anything he tried to say just sounded like a putdown - she should've just sat on him.)
Anyway, it's funny if the above topic isn't true, but if he actually did say it, I'd like to hear the context in which it was used... I bet it was one of those things that all the production team wanted to disown him (like his comment about 'the Japs' a few months ago)It is what it's.

I think people are to overly pc in regards the japs remark, i have to agree with pat when he says that we're paddies and american are Yanks. And the Brits, if he had use the word brit to refer to the british population would you give out?
