I was just scanning through the Nokia site and came across this plug-in for Windows Media Player which decodes .3gp(video) & .amr(audio) files. Made by a company called Voiceage, the free download is called 'SPOT xde Player'.

I know that Nokia have their own media player which can be downloaded from their site, but I just saw this extra link directed at the Voiceage site.
