    There is an interesting white paper on it Here 10 pages 300k PDF . The standard will be finalised shortly but is more or les done..

    Seems capable of sustaining 256k (the current RADSL minimum standard to get a line passed) at 19k feet....almost 4 miles from the exchange. It can also support 5Mbit download at c. half that distance, almost 2 miles.

    Cool. It should be arriving here by 2007 or whenever the ADSL3 standard is finalised (whichever is later).

    they need to get the present infrastructure sorted first brfore even thinking of this, 5mpbs by 2007, more like 3007
