Winamp 3 is the devil.

Possibly, but has anyone noticed that it has to buffer WMA (windows media) files for about 3seconds before they play?

Its quite annoying and the same thing happens when you fast forward.

This NEVER happened in winamp 2!

Also, any good sites to get some winamp skins?

Yeah but Winamp 3 does have crossfading which makes it wicked at parties if you've got a laptop with a few hundred albums all hooked up!

can run into problems with asp sites I've found

another good one is Webreaper.

WebReaper uses Microsoft's WinINet libraries

wit httrack you get all the html and all the pic seprate you you can hack and chop all you like

and you can view with any web brower not just IE

i normally just use the ones on winamp.com, there's over 3000 skins here (good site for wallpaper & skins for pretty much every popular app out there)

lol, 60 uninstalls & 60 reinstalls... surely it'd be less hassle just to buy the damn thing.

my personal favourite would have to be windows commander/total commander.

Yes, I like webreaper a lot. Resuming a "reap" can be troublesome at times. But is highly recommended. I have used it for 3 years.

I'd say PSP 4 or other early versions were better image viewers. Very quick.
