    Anyone know where I can download these please?
    I have tried some of the Government sites to no avail, but am possibly not looking in the right places.

    Unfortunately they only seem to have Acts from 1997 to 2002 as PDFs (lazy feckers)

    It's been some time since I did company law so I'm sure there's been the odd one since (2001 or 2002 if I remember rightly). Dunno if the above will be of use to you as they're not PDFs - if they are I'll poke out the partnership stuff for you.

    I assume the G&M companies act volume is still a scary price (probably worse than when I had to get it)?

    Spent about an hour in work yesterday evening printing them off (Open Book exam), however they won't help me much I'm afraid.
