Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rangers v Dunfermline is on BBC1 Scotland and Kilmarnock v Celtic is on BBC2 Scotland at the same time (3pm).
Those with a Scottish FTV card will be able to switch between games as the title race goes to the wire.

Network 2 are showing the Celtic game live.
    Can the Celts do it???

it might be on setanta 2, can someone check the epg?

Net always seem to show celtic matches like it was a last minute decision, i dont remember them having the matches on the epg for a few days in advance. if they notice enough uproar they might make sure to show the match(es)

they both kick-off at 3 right?

Rights have only just been sorted out in past 24 hours so give them time.

It was originally thought that BBC Scotland would only have one game and thus would show Rangers with Setanta showing Celtic on PPV. Now both games are on BBC Scotland (BBC can't show them in Northern Ireland or anywhere else in the UK).

I imagine RTE will show the football on RTE 1 and the GAA on Network 2.

You don't have to manually tune them in, they are on your FTV epg in the low 900's-flick down and you will see.

RTÉ advertised the Kilmarnock-Celtic game for Sunday on RTÉ 1. The racing probably got shelved or they might show highlights from the Curragh at half-time. Speaking of racing I see TV3 have a new racing prog starting June 6, it's supposed to be on the lines of dog racings 'Greyhound View' on TG4.

Best news ive had all night ;)

    Where was this advertised?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,064 ✭✭✭Genghis

It was mentioned throughout the game last night. It had all the hallmarks of a last minute decision - the first couple of times they mentioned it the graphic was for N2, though the presenters pointed out it would be on RTE1.

as soon as I heard that the match would be shown I switched over to watch the game on BBC

    sweet interactive coverage...

Interactive coverage by the BBC was as always excellent, however it was close to impossible to understand the Radio Scotland presenters.

Apparently the Rangers game is available on the Dubai Sports Channel.
