What happenned to Skindive and can they ride the coattails of

    Dunno if you guys have heard the band Evanescence, but they have a similar vibe to Skindive. So it got me thinkin what happenned to Gerry and the gang? and can they follow Evanescence to get Airplay on commercial Alternative stations in the US at least?

    I heard they broke up man.
    Pity, I really liked their album. Great Production on it

    Their bass player joined turn (duh) and I dunno
    if thats what broke em up

    Surprising though as yerman Gerry seemed really focused & determined.

    From what I've been hearing they haven't broken up.
    The last I heard was they were in the studio working on new material, so don't write them off yet!!

    Personally, I can't wait to hear it!

    I can confirm that they're working on a follow up to their debut, and gerry also has the Luther project ready to go. The little bit of Luther that i've heard is savage, its like nine inch nails or rammstein, only a little more commercial, with good singing (some by gerry himself)

    I wouldn't worry about the website - they changed label since the last album so that might have affected the online side of things. I'm sure there'll be something online again for the leadup to the new releases.
