HTML - Image Proggies

HTML gurus,
Just wondering what Image proggies ye use.I've got Image Composer 1.0
and PSP 4.
There are lots of neat image effects in Composer but not really enuf to keep
me going. What do ye lads use? Cloud? Hobblers? Helg? Chrome?

A download link would be nice too,

mm about psp, u can d/l plugins which will allow you do loads of cool stuff..

you should find some good stuff in there, also you may need to d/l plugin commander, I think its on one of those links..
I can get it later if ya want...I lost have my bookmarks, ucd services lose everything.
