Noobie Q on Irish ISPs

I'll be moving from the UK to Co Clare (somewhere near Tuamgraney) in July. Looking for ideas on internet access - I'm guessing broadband is out the window for the time being, but can anyone recommend an ISP for unmetered 56k? What sort of pricing? Using Mac OSX.
