    I got Eircom Enhanced as a Business Solution.
    But in the last 2 weeks I have seen that what should be over 100k download speeds drop as low as 20 from places like heanet etc, where I should be getting a lot better.
    I'm not network expert so can you tell me what the problem might be?
    Is it the contention thing?
