Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I wouldn't say you need to train every day Dave.

Also best laid plans etc.... better to keep easier goals for a summer on a J1 in my experience.

Obviously consider grip variations for the excercises you have - narrow, normal, wide. Hands pointed in/out on push ups.

You could try some Iso Tension stuff, as in mix it in with the other training. A quick search on google will probably drag up some ideas - though it is essentially a fairly simple concept and easy to do. Just contract and hold the tension in a muscle a few times for a few seconds in between related work sets.

Some resistance holds, sit against a wall etc. If you have any sort of weight, a crucifix hold - stand straight - weight in each hand - arms outstretched hold to failure, repeat etc.

    Those sort of things.

Gotta work now, but will come back if I think of something more of find better links.

Go up to argos and buy a pull-up bar for 20 euro, bring it with you and put it in the gaf you get, that would open up a whole range of exercises for you.
