    i was listening to somone a while ago ( maby a day ) and they mentioned big dos and hidden fat32

    what exactly are they

    is fat 32 just a hidden partion that dose not show in windows ?
    and is big dos just another version of dos ( like v6 )?

    Google throws up a rake of results on both. I'd imagine a hidden fat32 is just a hidden fat32 partition, as you suggest. A lot of manufacturers use these now to replace restore cd's. Big DOS, I dunno.
