    Does anybody know how to take out the heatsink and cpu form the fujitsu siemens scaleo 600 series. Its the pentium 4
    2 gigz. coolermaster heatsink. help needed badly.

    whats it look like should be easy enough ?think ive one in work ill have a look and then give you a shout if i do .. but should just be a case of unclipping it

    when I try to remove the clips it feels like Im going to break the heatsink, or even worse the cpu. Its as if there permanent or something. Thanx for trying to help

    i took at look at the 600 hear and am uploading what the thing looks like

    just press back the 2 top clips and then the 2 top side one's ( ull need a small flat head screwdriver to get these out )

    it did take a bit of perswading to come out . but dont be 2 gentle or hard on it . it can bend a bit

    its more hassel then a normal p4 hsf since its designed to never come off the chip . but u might wana replace teh hsf
