Hey i have just started going to the gym there about a month ago. Im only bench pressing about 30K and im doing curls of 20k and lifting dumbells of 20pounds to 30 pounds. However im 20 years old and im rather skinny, not dying looking altogether but im only 11 stone.
I also happen to be about 6 foot 1 so i guess thats where the weight goes. I was just wondering though and im sure a lot of people are asking this, if you are that light and skinny is there any point in doing weights to build up muscle. Is it possible to actually get big or am i just wasting my time. any help would be really appreciated.
    Thanks

There are possibly only a handful of genetic exceptions who would be big and strong regardless of their lifestyle, diet and work.

On the flip side, there are only a handful who cannot improve and get strong fit given the correct work, diet and lifestyle.

Assume you are not exceptional, put in the work and you will get results.*

    JAK.

    *Most people fail.

Ps- Also there are some people who will have genetic advantages over you, so not quite everything is possible, but a lot is.
