It's a welcome development and a good sppeed is a perfect partnership for a company that obviously understands good customer relations.
I just hope we are not seeing an incremental "just in time" strategy being employed by Netsource as it builds it's business . . . . . allocate a limited chunk of bandwith to the customers until they choke... then buy another increment of bandwith until they choke again . . . etc. etc.
If they do it'll really piss people off and drive them back to the big two.
If they want to build a real and successful business then they need to be proactive and anticipate and cultivate satisfied customers instead of hacking them off on a regular basis...

Judging by how much bitching and whining we get here, despite the fact that Netsource told us they were gonna solve the problem, they'll have very little shortage of feedback.
Can I just take a moment to applaud Netsource for getting someone to read and post to this forum? That's what's called having your finger on the pulse, and anyone will tell you that's the key to a successful business.0 -
