I've just started a small company and have been pestering IBB for months to get me sorted... and at last the Belmont tower (on the N11 near whites cross) is ready. The residential package has some wierd thing going on the server-side.
I keep getting HUGE latency of over 400ms during working hours

I know most the latency should be prioritised for business users during working hours but thats just crazy
a 56k has better speeds
