NTL outage in Terenure

    "a lot" of people in Terenure are affected apparently, out since 10.20pm last night... but its ok, because an engineer is on site :rolleyes:

    Still out,

    Phone Call 1 (22 mins on hold): no idea when it will be fixed, but an engineer is on site.

    Phone Call 2 (17 mins on hold): will be fixed shortly, fault has been found and parts needed have been supplied

    Phone Call 3 (34 mins on hold): no idea when it will be fixed, fault not found, engineer is probably gone home now

    Of course at no stage was there an apology!!

    Does SKY digital have these sort of outages ?

    Just curious but is that the NTL Broadband package ? If so where abouts in Terenure is it available ?

    No, its the TV service (analogue/digital) and has been out 4 >1 hour periods since then (that I've noticed).
