How do I make a music CD on a CDRW but leave it rewritable?

Just burn it like you would a cd-r. The when you want to burn on that cd again just erase everything on it and burn away.

If I burn it like a CDR it won't be rewritable. What do you mean?

afaik you have to finish a disc for it to play in a cd-player. So if you want it to be a music cd and still be able to write other info on at the same time then I don't think it's possible.

Makaveli is right, if the disc is left "open" the data on it can only be read from a CD-ROM not a domestic CD player. But in this era of cheap disks 10 for a tenner in any PC shop it should'nt be an issue really.

No point wasting a tenner if you don't have to. But if it can't be done then it can't be done. But I thought from Makaveli's orignal post that there might be a way.
