    No not at all. Just so my pc will be fast. I phrased it bad. I can get 1025 ram off a friend in Korea for 50 Euro's.

    There's probably a big ugly sticker on the back of the PC with a big ugly barcode and loads of words and numbers floating around :)
    Maybe it's nestled amoung that lot.

    (I'm not a lick arse ... I find the idea revolting!! :p)

    I have a look now....

    There is no big ugly sticker. But there is a small one. It has 8042fpnl125j written on it.

    I got a new sound card today. My old one was biult in and it glitched sometime and caused the whole computer to go really slow. Whole computer runs faster now. With brill sound too....

    I only skimmed the messages, but has anyone mentioned that FSB can sometimes be set by physical jumpers (Auto, 100, 133) rather than BIOS?

    Seems plausible considering it's a fairly old M/B
