    the truth is that insurance and licences in ireland is simply a disgrace.insurance companies are ripping everyone off.i cant blame people driving on provisional licences cause they have to wait for their test.i have a friend that had to apply for her test 6 times before she got to sit it.i cant understand why something is not being done about this
