recommend a graphics card fot this system

I have pc with xp1600 and 256 mb ram (pc133). have integrated graphics crap (gigabyte ga 7zmmh),so we basically dont play games on it.was going to get sapphire 9500 pro from komplett but there gone and 9600 pro are worse from reviews i saw and e40 dearer. willing to pay e200 but would prefer direct x9 card if possible or…

9500 is a good card and for the money you won't go wrong, but check out Tom's or Anand and get a comparison (arbitrary, but still useful) comparing it to other cards and see what sort of NV chip it could buy; prices are down across the board.
