Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've taken up kayaking and usually take a protein drink (casalan..) after a long trip when my shoulders and arms are well worn out.
will this help build up muscle or is there something better...

Casalan is the supermarket sold stuff ain't it? I vaguely remember looking at it and discarding it.

Anyhows, yes, bottom line is a protein based supplement before/after training will give you a better chance of muscle growth when your muscles are repairing themselves.

Take a look at the links section for sources.

    My own reccomendation is TMOF

There is also workout world on the quays or Tony Quinn places who will stock a variety of protein supps.

    JAK.
