Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know how to get foriegn television stations (like RTL [German])

I heard you just need to buy a Satellite Dish and point it towards a certain Satellite?

    Anyone any idea??

    Thanks

Depends what you're looking for. A lot of German TV is free on Astra 1 at 19º East. You'd need at least 60cm dish and a receiver. An old analogue receiver would get you over 30 channels including RTL, RTL II, Super RTL, Eurosport, MTV Germany, MTV2, Viva, Viva+, etc. A digital receiver would get you over 100 channels including Sky News.

I suggest you try these sites for free channels and what satellite they broadcast from...

    Free Analogue
    Free Digital

    Also try Lyngsat.com

You'd probably get more help if this was moved to Community >> ICDG >> Satellite.
