Kharn , so to your logic, timber can play for us, because hes been with abat a long time too, as long as ax has been with cd. So can timber play for us?

As I've said in another post, if you want to recruit foreign players, that's up to you.
So long as he'd be on your original submitted list, then that's OK - as far as I know, he's always been a member - maybe a founder!
At least, that's the way I'll be looking at things.
