The one in the centre with the recessed head. Any ideas what it called?

It looks like something custom made for a specific purpose and would be unlikely to have a name as such, or be obtainable other than buying the assembly it was originally part of.

Looks like it's off a kitchen unit door hinge?

Yeah, a clue as to what it came out of would help. :)

I'd guess it might be out of a terminal block for an electrical connection.

The one on the right looks like an M4.

Is the damage to the threads the problem your having? If so it could be rectified if you've a tap and die set

Id say they are out of a hinge on a cabinet door or kitchen press they are for adjusting the hinges.

Looks like its two pieces and the inside one is a recessed head or machine screw.
The outside of it was inside something waiting for the screw.
