For internal corners on tiled wall is it normal to use grout or silicone?

Specifically in a shower area with stud wall. I have the it tanked and the grout I have says it's flexible and crack resistant to small movements. Stud fame is glued and screwed with tile backerboard so is pretty solid.

    Silicone.

    Grout will crack and leak.
