But Munster will have a quarter there that weekend... would they squeeze two in?

In the dream world where connacht do get a home quarter I'm sure they could organise 2 on the same weekend.

Friday night and the second game on a Sunday would be good, if both were on in Thomond Park would be able to make them both and still go to the Limerick fc game on a Saturday so how bad.

Connacht Leinster could fill the Aviva. Would be epic

Leinster would sell twice as many tickets as connacht giving up there home advantage.
At least in Thomond connacht could sell all their share of tickets.

Fecking hell if that continues Connacht go through regardless of their result?

Wasps given a score there that I was certain was knocked on over the line.

yeah, i think sky had their last pool standings wrong, they assumed it was points difference first

I've a feeling Connacht could regret those three tries they conceded last week.

To Zebre? It won't come into it. Head to head is what separates teams in the pool.

And Connacht's head to head with Wasps is poor and it'll be poor against Toulouse if they lose this.

    Clermont v Toulon
    Leinster v Wasps
    Saracens v Glasgow
    Munster v Toulouse

    There's your QF's

  • Munster v Toulouse is a tasty one.

I fancy Sarries and Munster out of that group. Others are tough to call with plenty of scope for away wins.

I wouldn't at all be surprised to see a couple of upsets in the QF. None are gimmies.

Zebre losing their six games by an average of 40 points per game.

No matter what way you argue it, they completely skew the competition and the Italian participation should be reconsidered. Hard to see how it benefits them or Italian rugby by being in the competition

Wouldn't challenge cup rugby for both teams be much better for them, they could be half competitive there.

    What is the semi lineup?

Prediction: Clermont v Saracens in the final based on the draw.

No business being in the competition. Their presence is highlighted by the other three teams in their pool all finishing on a minimum of 18 points. 10 points are guaranteed.

The competition would be better off with Italian teams only allowed into the Challenge Cup until they can qualify by rights with a top 6 finish in the Pro12.

    What is the semi lineup?

Clermont or Toulon V Leinster or Wasps

    - in France if Leinster win
    - in England if Wasps win

Munster or Toulouse V Saracens or Glasgow

    - In Ireland or France if Saracens win
    - In Scotland if Glasgow win
