    You could also try the Red Cow Hotel car park? Short walk over the footbridge to the Luas car park.

    You're not supposed to of course but sure how can they tell if you're in the hotel or not? Huge car park. Mind you now it's a while since I've been in it, they may have a barrier or something now but they didn't have the last time I was in it.
