Surely there will be a reaction from them Thursday night ?????

It's Arsenal so doubtful. Not even sure they like football at this stage.

JLingz off the bench for sterling would be pretty sweet :P

Be the sort of game where Arsenal will go out and play like men possesed and win.

... But only 'cos its a nothing match for either team really.

62 all out. So now we play the weather game on Thursday

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,289 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

60 (-4) with Henrikh and Sterling to go.

Have Quaner first sub with 5 if Sterling isn't fit as well.

    Hewt.

I also have no players but I'd prefer it went ahead Thursday tbh

55(-4) with Aguero left. At the moment I'm green so HEWT.

One point better off this week than my league leader who very strangely played their bench boost this week. I'll happily take an abandonment on Thursday.

49 with Sterling Ramsey and Kun to go.

    Snow snow, go away.... :pac:

66 (-4) with Aguero and Sterling (or 2 from Martina) to go. Really feel like I lucked out with Lingard who I kept as I feel he tends to score in big games for some reason and didn't want to take a -8.
Up to ~2000 mark which is a season high for me. Hoping that I can keep it up.

56 and all out. Son's late appearance keeps Shaq on the bench. Won't be doing that again!

Lucas came off the bench before Son did. Fighting with both Lucas and Lamela for a place means it's time to get rid of Son. I did ahead of this gameweek. Pity it was for Mahrez who blanked but still a good move.

    56 all out.

A green of 45k to 163k for the mo.

15 wins each now. League is tight from top to bottom.

49 all out, as the late great Dean Martin sang in the forties 'let it snow, let it snow, let it snow'

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

Kane should've had a hattrick at least :( I was confident he would outscore Salah this week :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,599 ✭✭✭✭Rikand

44 with kun and kdb to go.

If the game is called off, tomkins comes off my bench, so.... Either way I'm happy :)

I’ve had Kane since week 1 and he’s never once come out of my team so I’ve watched a hell of a lot of him.

I genuinely think, given how often I’ve captained him, that he should have had another 100 points for me this season.

61 (-4), and praying that Sterling does not see any minutes as I have Glenn Murray (12) as first sub waiting to come in.

Damn Son coming on for a late appearance!

And of course, the week I buy a Watford defender, they keep a clean sheet and he does not play!

57 (-8) with Aguero to go. Ogbonna to sub in with zero if he doesn't play!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,795 ✭✭✭dr.kenneth noisewater

51 (-4) with Sterling left but probably hope he doesnt play as have Lingard as 1st sub!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,270 ✭✭✭clairewithani

Would all the people wishing Sterling no play time please **** off because I have him and no sub to come in. Thanks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,833 ✭✭✭shineon23

Did anyone buy Walcott instead of Shaqiri three weeks ago?

I went with Choupo-Moting as I didn't have enough for Shaqiri.

Because I had fund tied up in Lingard at the time.

    Life isn't fair ðŸ˜႒

This is all Jordan Pickford's fault.

52 with Sterling and Mikhi to play. This talk of snow has me worried

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 715 ✭✭✭loadwire

46 (-4) with Kun and Ota to play (and no-one left to sub in).

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,022 ✭✭✭jamesbere

55 (-4) with sterling and micky to play. Happy with this week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,913 ✭✭✭Mr. Guappa

54 (-4) with Sterling and Otamendi left to play. Gross (5) and Christensen (1) would sub in if the above two didn't play. Think it would be to my advantage if that game was called off.

What's the chances of the match called off?

the pitch won't be a problem, but spectator access around the area could be a factor form a safety aspect in it snows bad.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 337 ✭✭What.Now

If the match goes ahead I'm out of the cup. If it's cancelled I'm still in. Simple as that for me.

Any official word yet on the City match? Or any planned announcements due??

Only have KDB, everyone around me seems to have trebled up so won't be overly devastated if it doesn't go ahead

If it was going to be called off, I think it would have by now.

Yep....starting to look that way now alright. Looks like I'll be hoping for some classic Pep rotation instead so

Raheem Sterling is ‘much, much better’ after missing the Carabao Cup final with a hamstring injury, according to Pep Guardiola.
The forward is set to miss tonight’s clash with Arsenal but his manager said: “Raheem is much, much better,” Guardiola said. “I don’t know if he can play tomorrow (tonight) but hopefully Chelsea (on Sunday) or Basel (on March 7).”

Great. Sterling AWOL means I've 0 points off the bench.

Have Gross' 5 subbing in for Sterling. Content with that. Otamendi my other player left.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,381 ✭✭✭✭km79

A player with a hamstring injury this time of year is a dodgy fantasy asset

Just realised now I'd only have 9 players played plus aguero if I hadnt taken 8 pt hit.......jones sanchez sterling aguero out vvd mahrez eriksen kane in
Dummet my only playing sub with one point. I think I'm 4 pts up after hit and before aguero plays.
Team in much better nick going forward too

Shaq subbing in with 9 pts for Sterling would be a welcome and unusual stroke of luck on my part.

Update from E Standard 10 minutes ago says it's still on but contingent on enough of the required 3000 staff and stewards being able to travel.
