Lads, this end of the country get circa 30 e per hour if carrying two bales & load & stack also. If it's bigger, say six pot tractor, there might be a few extra euro due to fuel etc,

All depends. I know lads who charge €60 and hour and another that charges €4.50 per bale per mile.

So 100 bales 2m away would cost 900, nearly as much as baling, seems v expensive.

Ah that pricing is a ride

I suppose it's very hard to price because it's not a standard draw of a length, per bale and the farmer knows how much it will cost but the person drawing could end up getting screwed, would a price per bale and an hourly rate be the best option?

Unless the field is where the bales are being stacked or the yard is close by using handlers to draw in is too slow. Lad with a trailer would be faster or a keltec type yoke faster again for any distance. Use bale handlers here but that would be for bales made here not further afield. If I was caught for men or time id get contractor to do it and he'd use a trailer but haven't done that in years so not sure of price

Keltec works out around a euro per bale drawing upto a half mile here. Stack ourselves then. Wouldn't dream of getting involved with drawing our own since contractor got the Keltec. Loader driver would be working hard to keep bales stacked ahead of the machine.
