It is a wonder she never s
    mentions it.

I missed the start but I can imagine the lines...if she has young kids why is she here on a Fri night instead of at home...she loves herself & would go on any show for exposure
Really . I would never have known that........not!

Tubs wants to unbutton his jacket, it looks like his belly is bursting through it.

I do know it's not physically possible for his 'belly' to burst anything.

RTE showing live GAA league games this year?

20 years ago when TG4 approached the GAA to show them, they were basically asked 'why would anyone watch that'

  • When I was recovering in the Convalescent Centre there were a few very old wry-humoured nuns there recuperating. One of them saw a picture of Hozier on the TV and asked me “Is that fellow with the Jesus-look foreign?”

  • I’m learning to walk again after surgery for a new knee this day two weeks ago, but I’m not remotely miserable, thanks be.

Aww happy new knee Cat! Hope it goes well for you :)

This is a bit like Gogglebox for the Late Late with every one in the program chatting to each other. Its so cringy listening to ryan trying to stay positive at the start of the show when he says "Tonight on the show we have.........." lmao

RTE probably working on cloning Tubridy so at some stage he can just interview himself, for the ultimate in self-referential and self-advertising TV.

Hozier's music would be ignored if it weren't for his latching onto different social justice movements. That was a very bland and very underwhelming track.

    Newcastle Co.Wicklow is wilderness now?

I suppose Tubs regards anywhere out of the D4 duchy as uncivilised terra incognito.

I think the bloke who took over from Ryle Nugent as head of sport is a GAA head.

He must be looking forward to the misery slot so?

  • Hozier is a talented fella, his music is bland though.

This latest one is like Get me to church, but without the “hook” of the “climb” in the chorus.

"I'm a divil for bad news" says Hozier. Tubridy nods in agreement and understanding.

Turbidy bringing out the referendum results. Grasping at straws here I think he's even bored.

A lot of RTE will be nodding too, including Joe Duffy whose nod will nearly decapitate him.

    There it is...woke.

LOL 'I love over-analysing'. Tubs makes the giant leap from 'its the rising' to the 1916 Rising. Must have been up all night last night working that out.

Years back I saw the Trinity Orchestra perform Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon It was some concert, absolutely pitch perfect from start to finish. The vocalists, musicians and orchestra behind them all absolutely nailed it. It wasn't until last year I realised that a 21 year old Andrew Byrne was the lead singer of the show. His performance the standout of the night

    Great watching
