Contract due to finish in March 2019 has now been extended to June 2019

    Has anyone else had this happen? Is signed up for an 18 month contract in or around September 2017. 

    Now when I check my details online it's saying the contract is from December 2017 up until June 2020. I had the service and was paying my phone bill by DD every month from September 2017. 

    Every time I try to call I'm left on hold for ever. 

    Could Eir contact me directly about this? Or anyone give me any advice?
