    31-year-old man here.

Three weeks ago, I started moisturising my face every day. I still have some bags under my eyes but I've had two people said that I'm looking better. One said fresh. I think my face in general looks healthier.

Any of ye on this buzz?

23 year old student here. I eat healthily, following a strict regime of macro nutrients including protein, carbs and fiber. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Thats all very fine and dandy for a morning rush job, but if you are going to cut so many corners like that, I you have to take more care with your regime at the weekends at least. And a monthly spa weekend to undo some of the wear and tear from that devil may care attitude to your skin care.

I always fall for this until I'm half way through it. Every time.
