Slightly off topic but whats with the over militarisation of England games? Soldiers everywhere.

If you don't have Sky Sports Main Event like me. RTÉ Radio 1 has coverage of it right now if you are not near a TV.

If you miss the game on TV. You can see highlights of it on BBC Two at 7:30pm tonight.

    Poor from Murray/Kearney there

    Awful, awful start.

Healy getting split twice on the scrum is a big worry. Looseheads are not supposed to get beaten by tightheads.

Great work from Stockdale there, and fair play to Larmour for getting across.

Great steal from Henderson, skip pass from Kearney, weighted chip from Stockdale. Lovely try.

Got a feeling of deja vu when Stockdale kicked it there.

I felt something was off when I started watching the game. I've found out what it is.

VdF isn't wearing a scrum cup.

  • Ringrose nearly knocked himself out tackling Marler there.

Now that was far too easy.

    Schoolboy error.

Nothing worse than giving up a score on 1st phase.

I just heard Joe Cokansiga got a try for England.

EDIT: Sorry for the mistake about Johnnie May. I'm not used to following radio coverage of these matches.

Quinlan blaming Murray there for bad decision in that scrum attack.

    Murray playing badly.

Looks like the same player in the Six Nations so far.

Larmour has played very intelligent rugby so far.

We're kicking quite a bit to beat England's fast up press. Not a bad tactic to be fair. England seem well up for the physical battle and getting the better of it so far.

    I agree, and it's worrying.

  • None of our ball carriers are coming at pace

Yet. England working very hard, think we'll find more go forward as the game progresses.

Kearney has been the phoneboxed twice in 10 minutes

Cian Healy just absolutely blasted the ball up field.

Kearney caught flat footed twice now.

Interesting that Healy blocked that from an offside position but wasn't penalised. Is it because Youngs obviously played it off him?

  • **** off Ben Youngs

Murray's passes are fairly glacial at the moment.

  • Henderson playing amazing stuff. Motm for Ireland so far.

There was no ruck so Healy wasn’t actually offside

Worryingly Ireland in bother with powerful quick off the line tackling teams.

To counter that you need a slick, quick varied game. We don't have that last 7 mts. It starts with Murray.

I thought that but I don't think he was offside.

Stander nearly costing a try there.

His inability to pass is why Conan should be starting these games.

Yeah. Should have been offside but Owens felt the cynical play to deliberate manufacture a penalty negated the offside and played on.

Murray just got speed bumped badly. He's still down.
