The R268 in Donegal (Portsalon) is pretty hairy. Feels like you're about to drive straight into the Atlantic off a big cliff on a couple of the bends.

I also second the drive to Keem in Achill, drove way over the line to stay away from the cliff edge.

Moved to South Wicklow last year and most of the roads are fairly good considering the topography.

Urban-related- the South quays in Dublin are a total mess. Around the right turn for Manor St, there is all sorts of dangerous, random lane weaving due to the poor road layout. Again, further up at Heuston, the right turn towards Parkgate street is a mess, two lanes of traffic trying to outrun each other into a bad, tiny corner past the bridge.

This wavy stretch of R755 at the Vale of Clara just north of Rathdrum in Co Wicklow. It's wavy in all directions, and a straight bet to get blinded if another car is coming the other way during the night.
