    It’s a bit of a joke to not have a decision on it, so I guess they’ll bottle it and decide racing incident.

    Ridiculous that a driver error could end up being so beneficial to the person that caused it.

    Ten second time penalty to take place in the pits, equates to about 30 seconds - actually he would be pitting anyways. So just ten seconds.

    How will the pit stops affect the positions of LeClerc & Hamilton later on in the race? I would think it will benefit LeClerc a lot more in getting in and out of the pits with a clean pit stop before Lewis goes into the pits & has to take his penalty? The order of the drivers will have a big influence in not dropping Lewis further down some further positions while he has his stop.

    Yep, the time penalties are silly. 5 seconds could be meaningless or cost 10 spots. Depends too much on external factors despite being a "fixed" penalty.
